I Transform India Transform : A Leadership Conclave

“I Transform India Transforms”,

“I Transform India Transforms”, a Leadership Conclave held in the morning of 19th December saw our Pujya Guruji Swami Tejomayanandji and Pujya Swami Swatmanandaji sharing the dais with corporate leaders, Shri Kumarmangalam Birla and Smt. Swati Piramal along with author Amish. They inspired the audience by speaking about practical application of scriptural knowledge, in order to become torchbearers of nation building. Only when individuals transform, will India transform. The event started with a rendition of Vande Mataram by Smt Pramodini Rao, followed by a video clip of Pujya Gurudev urging all Indians to have a common goal and work in harmony. With our nation as our altar of love, our ego and egocentric desires will melt away and the country will prosper. Chief Minister, Shri Devendra Fadnavis could not be present and hence his video clip was played. He envisioned a population which is charged to develop this nation, and gives back to the society from which it receives so much. Just the way the Japanese put litter in their own pockets, we too can keep our country clean by participating in the Swachh Bharat movement. Mr. Birla spoke about Karmayog and how he has successfully implemented it across all his businesses. The means are as important as the goal and values are non-negotiable. Passion and seamlessness are the two core values followed by his group. Smt. Swatiji said that each one of us faces the battle of Kurukshetra in our lives. Giving examples from the field of science, of Steve Jobs, the founder of Apple, President Dr. Abdul Kalam and Indian Mathematician Ramanujan, all of whom transformed into extraordinary, in spite of their humble beginnings, she said without battle there is no success. We should be joyful in everything we do, and make this world beautiful and healthy. Swami Swatmanandaji spoke about how our mind, when it’s under control can be our best friend. He spoke in-depth about the TITI workshops which address 7 levels of transformation in individuals, from Physical fitness to Emotional Peace to Patriotic transformation. Amish, speaking on cultural transformation, spoke about following our Swadharma by citing the example of Ratnakar, who transformed into Rishi Valmiki. Maintaining a positive attitude transforms the world around us. Guruji, who spoke on spiritual transformation gave the example of the sun, whose light blesses the whole world. We all have our moments of inspiration. Transformation happens when we follow them up with hard work. Facing life and building it with passion and vision requires inner strength. The event concluded with a panel discussion and Q&A session, in which each of the speakers spoke about their own personal transformation. Following our dreams and working hard, and having India as our altar of dedication, each of us can contribute to our country’s transformation
