Some learnings from the talks are:

  1. In Vedanta each of the external coatings of the Self is called a sheath (kosha).   Beyond the five sheaths is Om,  the Self (Atman) ,  the core of the five sheathed structure. 
  2. Discovering the true relationship between Jiva Jagat and Ishwara. 
  3. Sanatan dharma is one of the oldest religions for approximately 1.3 billion people of the world. It is eternal, natural way of spiritual living which leads to liberation applicable to all people at all the time. Dharmis believe in all pervasive ONE and all loving supreme consciousness which is also the nature of all living beings.
