A series of interactive sessions by Swami Swatmananda - LMK - Let Me Know, based on abbreviations used by youngsters (13 to 24 years old) in today’s times was started. A few youngsters attended the session on FOMO - Fear of Missing Out - based on exam-stress. These are individual topic-oriented sessions covering exam fear, relationships, goal-setting etc. on Saturday evenings in Juhu. They had ice-breaking games and became familiar with each other. Swamiji then interacted with them on FOMO; how it applies to their life, how one should be careful about it. The videos of these sessions are uploaded on Chinmaya Yuva Kendra channel on YouTube.
