The Satsang began with Invocation prayers followed by Ganapati Atharva Shirsha, Hanuman Chalisa, 108 times Chanting of Gayatri Mantra preceded by its meaning, followed by Ganpati, Krishna and Guru bhajans. The two granddaughters of Mrs Gupta aged 10 and 13 are with Chinmaya Mission, Singapore They recited the 12th chapter of the Bhagvad Geeta and the Maha Mrityunjaya Mantra.

160 members from Chinmaya Prerana Zone visited Chinmaya Pradeep, Powai. These were the winners of Geeta Chanting Competion 2018 and their parents. Swamini Aradhanandaji addressed the children in Bal Mandir and parents in temple separately.

Months of teaching and training culminated in the Area Finals of the Mahima Zone, held in SIES School, Matunga on 15th and 16th Dec 2018.
The 400 finalists were selected from a total of 2900 registrations across schools and Balavihars in both areas. Br. Samaatma Chaitanya graced the occasion on the first day. The event was a grand succes

The Annual Geeta Chanting Competition finals for the area Dahisar to Kandivili was conducted at Children’s Academy School, Kandivali East, with 280 qualifying participants. Malad to Jogeshwari area was conducted at Gokuldham High School, Goregaon on 16th December 2018, with 233 qualifying participants.

Malad to Jogeshwari area was conducted at Gokuldham High School, Goregaon on 16th December 2018, with 233 qualifying participants. Children of all castes took part in the events; not just Hindus but also from Catholic and Muslim communities came together.
