As we have been doing for the past two years (at Powai Ashram in 2022 & Chinmaya Prerana in 2023) Chinmaya Jayam zone organized a Samuhik Geeta Chanting program on 2nd Feb, to culminate Geeta Chanting Competition - 2024.

MahaShivaratri Celebrations 26th Feb, 2025
Chinmaya Jayam Balavihar along with their new Shishu Vihar class had a wonderful Mahashivaratri celebration.
Children performed Panchamrut Abhishek to the chanting of Lingashtakam, followed by offering of Bilva leaves and chanting of Bilvashtakam.
The significance of each of the Panchamrut was explained and
there was also enthusiastic singing of Shiv bhajan by the children.

Jayam on the 7 th & 8 th Dec, based on Pujya Guruji’s composition Jīvana Sūtrāṇi.
Smt. Manjari Parekh welcomed the participants and introduced Br. Samarth Chaitanya. Jayam Bala Vihar
student, Bhavya Eriwal, chanted the invocation with fervor.

Br. Samartha Chaitanya, based in Chinmaya Prerana, Kharghar, had been invited to Chinmaya Jayam speak on the fundamentals of Vedanta based on Logic of Spirituality on 16th and 17th November.The talks were attended by over 20 persons on each day, some of whom were new to Vedanta and the Mission. Jayam Zone was also pleased to welcome Smt. Anjali Dalal, CST Trustee for Jayam Zone and Smt. Meghana Patel, President of Chinmaya Mission Mumbai.
It was announced that these talks will be followed by another talk series by Br. Samartha Chaitanya on Tips for Happy Living on the 7th and 8th of December. Samarthaji will also be conducting regular weekly classes on the Foundation Vedanta Course at Chinmaya Jayam from February 2025.

With the Grace of Lord Shiva, Chinmaya Jayam Zone conducted a Mahamrityunjaya Hawan on the 5th of August under the guidance of Br Samartha Chaitanya ji. After Pooja and Havan, Hymns were chanted and Bhajans were sung as an offering to Lord Shiva.

Chinmaya Jayam zone organised a Samuhik Geeta Chanting event at Mahalakshmi Temple, Chinmaya Prerana on Sunday, 21st of January.
More than 60 people across all age groups including committee/ study class members, Bala Vihar children / sevikas and Geeta Chanting competition participants along with their family & friends took part in this event.
