Shri Prasad Deole, a devotee and Sevak from Narayan zone conducted a 2 hour workshop for the management team at M/s Toyo Engineering India Pvt. Ltd. The topic was ‘Management Lessons from Scriptures’
It was an initiative taken up by the HR department of the company and was very well responded by the top management of the organization. The session was attended by around 60 executives including the directors and the Managing Director.
Shri Prasad introduced various concepts from our scriptures like goals in life and goal of life, method of scientific enquiry adopted by the rhishis, concept of jiva, jagat and jagadeeshwara.
The session was followed by an interesting question and answer session. Some publications of Chinmaya Mission were displayed and received an overwhelming response from the audience.
The talk has initiated a an enquiry about our scriptures and the participants expressed their desire to learn more about this subject.
