Brahmachari Damodara Chaitanya is the new Acharya of Chinmaya Bhakti Zone. Br. Damodaraji studied under Poojya Acharya Swami Bodhatmanandaji in the 16th batch of residential Vedanta Course (2014-16) conducted at Sandeepany Sadhanalaya, Mumbai. Poojya Gurudev’s grace in the form of his teachings, which entered Damodaraji’s life suddenly by chance, brought him to Chinmaya Mission. Br. Damodaraji, though is coming from Udupi in Karnataka State, served in Mumbai with a renowned Central Government Organisation before joining the 16th Vedanta Course. He was also involved with some of the reputed voluntary organisations involved in rural & community development programmes in Mumbai as also in Karnataka.
