Ghatkopar
15 th to 17 th January
By the grace of the Lord and blessings of Pujya Gurudev, members of the Chinmaya Narayan
Zone had the double privilege of listening to Swami Swatmanandaji’s Hindi talks at two
places in Ghatkopar where he expounded on the glories of Lord Shiva and Lord Hanuman.
Morning talks were on Mrityunjaya Mantra Sadhana on the 16 th and 17 th January at Somaiya
college. Evening Jnana Yagna was on the topic ‘Safalta ka Rahasya’ based on the Hanuman
Chalisa on the 15 th , 16 th and 17 th of January at Bhajan Samaj Temple Hall.
The twin jnana yagnas were well received and thoroughly enjoyed by the sadhaks - both old
and new. It was a wonderful opportunity to soak in the beautiful blend of Bhakti and Jnana as
well as the ancient scriptural indictions and their modern relevance and practical applications
as presented eloquently by Swamiji. All were happy to revel in spiritual bliss for a couple of
days taking a break from their weekly routine.
