Hanuman Jayanti celebrations

at Kanyaka Parmeshwari Temple
The event began with a couple of Hanuman bhajans. Hanuman Dhyana Slokas were chanted, followed by Hanuman Chalisa, chanted nine times. Sankatamochana Ashtakam was chanted, ending with Hanuman aarti and Gurudev aarti. It was a divine evening, chanting in the temple which has a beautiful Hanuman altar which was decked up with offerings through the day. Almost 75 people, including Balavihar children, joined in chanting together, contributing to an uplifting experience of feeling Hanumanji’s presence. The zone is grateful to the temple authorities for sharing their space. Sevikas not only organized and participated in the event but also made sure that all present received abundant prasad.
