Dr. Abha Shroff’s study group came together online to celebrate Gurudev Swami Chinmayananda’s 104th Jayanti today.
The session began with the significance of 108 names and chanting of the Ashtotthara Namavali. After watching Gurudev’s video they discussed the names of Gurudev that were chosen by them. Each one spoke on the meaning of the name, an anecdote relating to it and how they felt it was the one quality that they were eager to develop in themselves.
Reflecting on the name and sharing it today was an uplifting feeling for one and all!
The session ended with Gurudev speaking on what a seeker should and should not ask a Guru. A truly memorable experience.
