Jagannath Utsav Celebrations were held on 18th July, 2015 at Sandeepany Sadhanalaya,
Chinmaya Mission, Powai, Mumbai. Celebrations included Jagannath Pooja, Odyssey Dance, Bhajans, talk by Resident Acharya Swami Bodhatmananda, Rath Yatra and finally Lunch Prasadam.
Swami Bodhatmananda, Resident Acharya, Chinmaya Mission, Powai, Mumbai explained the importance of the Celebrations.
Odyssey dances were performed by individual members and also group dance by very young girls. This was followed by Lord Jagannath Pooja and Aarati.
Devotees sang Bhajans including students from IIT Powai — at Sandeepany Sadhanalaya, Powai..
Jagannath Rath Yatra was held from Jagadeeshwara Temple to Swaraswati Nilayam.
Everyone enjoyed by pulling Rath, dancing, singing and just being a part of this celebration!
